Les is passionate about driving forward Global Competitiveness, Business Growth, Sustainable Business Development and Innovation in challenging low carbon times.

Mark Clayton, has been at the forefront of emission management and played a key role as part of the supervisory body responsible for the Carbon Management legislation. Mark’s in depth knowledge and ongoing involvement for business and industries at both a UK and European level will be key to ensuring the Carbon Guerrilla platform evolves to meet regulatory requirements to drive business efficiency through effective Carbon management.
Tech Division
James Fidell has worked in software development, security and systems management for the last sixteen years, for companies providing Internet services including the Post Office, Nomura, Siemens, Cap Gemini and Netcom Internet as well as a number of start-up businesses. He has a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of providing services in an "always on" environment and a keen interest in using technology for environmental benefit.
Marine Division
Nick Leaney, has over 18 years experience of environmental trouble shooting in the commercial property sector advising clients on managing investment, development and occupational property assets. Nick delivers solution driven advice to Carbon Guerrilla clients on how carbon management integrates with investment portfolio performance, sustainable development, green leasing strategies, renewable energy development and environmental risk management strategy. Nick's clients include Grosvenor Fund Management, Legal & General, Land Securities, UNITE Group, Bourne Leisure and Trinity Mirror Group.
Land Division
Phil Cookson, Phil Cookson has spent 15 years integrating sustainability solutions with management teams in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Phil began delivering successful carbon accounting and reduction programmes for CG's clients in 2008. Phil's recent work in the City of London and the West End has earned him a reputation as a concise communicator of the critical business actions, notably regarding the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and energy reduction.
Special Ops
Tom James, Non-executive, is a very successful entrepreneur who has backed from seed funding a number of similar businesses. London listed Intec Telecom (ITL) who are the undisputed world leader in Intercarrier call accounting for telcos; Umantis a Swiss based SaaS vendor for HR solutions and Zendesk, the world leader in SaaS solutions for Helpdesk. Tom joined the business earlier this year and has underwritten the development and launch of the new Carbon Guerrilla platform.
