Organisations complying with EUETS, CRCEES and CCA, bank their savings, safe in the knowledge that allowances can be withdrawn quickly and easily to meet compliance targets.
Even organisations outside of compliance scheme legislation can benefit, by banking savings over and above their reduction targets. Savings made in one year can be banked for future years, rather like a regular bank deposit account.
Organisations with multiple sites or departments can opt for separate carbon bank accounts to facilitate internal trading.
Carbon trading
Carbon Guerrilla can help your organisation become carbon compliant by purchasing, selling and surrendering carbon credits for EUETS, CCA and CRC schemes.
For CRC schemes, we can operate through the secondary market, trading with external markets such as EU Allowances (EUA). We can also buy and sell Certified Emission Reductions (CER) for verified projects.

Funded by a third party, these schemes represent a low-risk option with expenditure being recycled within seven months. Please note, however, that an applicant’s ranking in the published performance league table will have an impact.
